For nearly 21 years, Jason Kent has coached and trained student athletes at all levels of competition as a head coach and assistant men’s basketball coach in the NCAA, NAIA, AAU basketball and boys’ high school basketball.  More than 20 of his former student athletes have moved on to play professional basketball.

Coach Kent specializes in recruitment, player development, mentoring, and strength & conditioning.  By instilling hard work ethic, determination and discipline in his coaching and training technique, Jason is known for his ability to maximize abilities and propel students to their full athletic potential. Coach Kent is a Gold license USA Basketball Coach, partnered with the Jr. NBA, a Lead Clinician with Breakthrough Basketball and a SDC Scholarship Camp Director for Chicago. "My goal is to ensure that the athletes who decide to train with Next LEVEL 24 are developed into players who make an impact on their teams." Says Coach Kent. 

Jason serves as the head coach for Next Level 24’s AAU boys’ basketball team and the NextLEVEL 24 International Team.  Jason and his wife Anna have two children; Jayson and Janae.

ANNA KENT (Assistant Director & AAU President)

Anna Kent servers as Next Level 24’s Assistant Director and helps manage the organization’s day-to-day business affairs.  Anna also servers as one of NextLEVEL 24's skills trainer who has dedicated herself on emphasizing on the importance of fundamentals in her training sessions, while enhancing a players’ basketball IQ and overall game knowledge.  Ann is a former NCAA Division l student athlete, head women’s basketball coach and a 20-year veteran in college athletics administration, compliance and operations.  "I am excited to have my Anna apart for our program and her experience, organization and her drive to help other is a quality that will enhance everything we do here at NextLEVEL 24," says Coach Kent. 

Anna played and graduated from West Virginia University where she help lead her team to the Sweet 16 and a number of victories throughout her playing career. Anna earned her B.S. and continued her education receiving a M.S. in Sports Administrations.

Anna is married to NextLevel 24 Owner Jason Kent and they have two children; Jayson and Janae. 




The newest member of the NextLEVEL 24 staff, Jordan Fair is in his first year after having a very successful playing career at Wheeling Jesuit University (NCAA D2). During his junior season Jordan help Wheeling Jesuit University become the number #1 ranked team overall in the country! Jordan followed up his senior season with an appearance in the elite 8 of the NCAA tournament.

Jordan will take on the role as Head Basketball trainer for NextLevel 24 and will be working with athletes ages 8 to pros. He will also serve as Co-Camp Director of all NextLEVEL 24 Camps.  “Jordan brings a lot of energy to NextLevel 24 and I am excited to have him apart of our program. Those individuals who train with Jordan will develop, learn, and become a skilled athlete,” says Coach Kent. 

 Jordan graduated from Wheeling Jesuit University with a degree in communications and is the brother of Owner Coach Jason Kent.



The NextLEVEL 24 Family is excited to have one of it’s own to come back and take on a coaching and training role. Diamond Beatty was the first young lady to train to with Coach Kent and NextLEVEL 24. “Diamond will bring a wealth of knowledge to our organization and will play a instrumental role in working with our young ladies. Diamond understands what it takes to play at the highest level and will be a great role model for everyone she interacts with”, says Coach Kent. 

Diamond played her high school basketball at Tinley Park High School.  While at Tinley Park Diamond was a three-time all-conference selection, as well as a three-time team MVP... As a senior, averaged 19 points per game and 5.5 rebounds per game...Scored over 1,000 points in her career, including 568 as a senior while shooting 44 percent from three-point range... Named to the All-Area team... Selected for the Class 3A All-Star game... Holds the school record for the second-most points scored in a single game with 40. Diamond earned herself a  full athletic scholarship to Tennessee State University.

Diamond played all four year at Tennessee State University, Finishing her senior year as the team’s third leading scorer… Led the team in three-point field goal percentage (.358) and made three-point field goals (49) while ranking 10th in the OVC in both categories…. Ranked 15th in the league in steals with 1.3 per game… Averaged 8.8 ppg and scored in double-digits 11 times… Registered a career-high 23 points vs Arkansas State (11/19/16)… Shot at least 50 percent from three-point range in five games… Knocked down at least one triple in all but eight games this season… Pulled down 2.5 rebounds while dishing out 1.5 assists per outing. 

Diamond left Tennessee State University with an Ohio Valley Conference Championship and a Trip to the NCAA Tournament. Diamond Beatty is a winner and a person who strives for greatness. Diamond graduated with her degree in Physical Therapy this past spring. We would like to welcome Diamond Beatty to the NextLEVEL 24 family.

MOLLY FRANSON (Business Manager)

Molly Franson - Coach Kent is excited to announce Molly Franson has joined the NextLEVEL 24 staff after completing a successful college-playing career at the University of Tampa. Franson is the second player who has trained under Coach Kent and returned to work for NextLEVEL24 with Diamond Beatty being the first. 

“Molly has had a number of victories throughout her collegiate career and will play a major roll in developing our girls basketball division here at NextLEVEL 24,” says Coach Kent. When one looks at Molly’s basketball resume the will see that she was SSC Commissioner’s Honor Roll her junior even without playing that year due to being a medical redshirt in her first season at Tampa. While at Northern Kentucky she appeared in 32 of 33 games for the Norse, earning four starts on the year…Played in 15.4 minutes per game, averaging 6.3 points per game as she shot 41.9 percent from the field…Hauled in 81 rebounds, dished out 27 assists, blocked 16 shots, and picked up eight steals during her sophomore season…Scored a season-high 16 points and brought down eight rebounds against Robert Morris (11/29)…Scored double-digit points in back-to-back games against Cleveland State (3/10) and Valparaiso (3/11)…Recorded a double-double in the season finale against USC Upstate as she scored 12 points and grabbed 12 rebounds…Shot perfect from the field in five games during the year.

As a freshman at Northern Kentucky Molly Saw action in 28 games...Averaged 3.8 points and 2.8 rebounds per game...knocked down 70.4 percent (38-for-54) of her attempts from the free-throw line...blocked 10 shots and recorded nine assists and eight steals...scored a game-high 14 points on 5-for-8 shooting from the floor, pulled down a season-high nine rebounds and connected on two vital free throws to help NKU upset Stetson in the Atlantic Sun Conference Championship semifinals on March 11.

Molly Graduated and played at Victor J. Andrew High School, where she played for coach Bob Martz and led the Thunderbolts to a 17-11 record during the 2013-14 season…Averaged 14.7 points and 8.3 rebounds per game as a senior…Dished out 52 assists and collected 29 steals in her final season…Shot 56.6 percent from the field and 47.4 percent from 3-point range as a senior…Earned All-Conference and fourth-team All-State honors for her performance on the court in her final season.

Molly has her earned her B.S.in  Business Management from the University of Tampa.

TREVOR VALLIER (Strength & Conditioning)

The NextLEVEL 24 is excited to announce the hiring or Trevor Vallier as our new strength and conditioning Coach. Trevor's love for physical fitness, health and wellness led him to his true calling in life. Trevor started his own non-for profit business Novateur Multi Sports Training in 2016. The emphasis is on strength and conditioning, player development, as well as health and wellness for all athletes from grammar school thru college and beyond. “Trevor is going to impact the lives and bodies of student athletes that he comes in contact with. I am excited about rolling out our new strength and conditioning program and I believe Trevor will truly take this program to the NextLEVEL, says Coach Kent.”

Trevor graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Health Fitness and Recreation from Millikin University in Decatur, Illinois. “I am excited to bring all of my knowledge, experience and drive to the NextLevel24 family, says Trevor.”
